Anime eyes are a go!

So sticking with my somewhat tenious theme, I have a lovely offering from Shu Uemura.

This is part of the gorgeous 6 Heart Princess line by Takashi Murakami, a famous Japanese artist who has had past collaborations with the likes of Louis Vitton and similar high end brands. The 6 Heart Princess line from Shu Uemura is linked with Murakami's newest project, an anime highlighting the two natures of young women.

The collection is split into these two sides, light and dark as appropriate. Sadly this was a Christmas limited edition collection, but you can still find bits on Space NK, House of Fraser and the Harrods website (on sale still if you're lucky). You can find more about the collection Here.

On to the actual eyeliner! This is part of the evil Princess range, known as Black Star (other name for this shade is Forest Shimmer). It's a black gel liner pencil with a deep green shimmer running through it, beautiful when it catches the light but otherwise subtle.

Not as smooth as the likes of the Urban Decay eyeliners going on, but it does give a good colour pay off and it lasts and lasts. There was an initial flaking problem, but after a few uses this seems to clear up.

Can I just mention how much I love the packaging too? Very rarely do I keep eyeliner boxes but this will stay in my possession until the colour wears off.

I should have a few other bits of the collection arriving for me to review later, so watch out for those coming soon.

For those of you who love their a/o oil cleansers you may find this half price 450ml bottle interesting : Quick, quick, before it's snapped up!
